摘要
当前,新生代员工工作观念发生变化,新生代员工的调查失业率过高、企业存在招工难的困境。本文结合新生代员工的心理特征,基于工作获得感的内涵,从工作尊严感,薪酬满足感,能力提升感以及职业憧憬四个维度探讨提升新生代员工工作获得感的具体策略,提出合理进行授权,提升新生代员工的工作尊严感;优化薪酬制度,提升新生代员工的薪酬满足感,建立学习型组织,满足新生代员工的能力提升感,完善职业发展体系,满足新生代员工的职业憧憬,从而稳定员工队伍,减少企业管理的人力成本。
At present,the survey unemployment rate of the new generation employees is high and the enterprises have difficulty in recruiting workers,which reflects the change of the new generation employees’work values.Based on the sense of work gain and the psychological characteristics of the new generation employees,the paper discusses the specific strategies of improving the new generation employees’sense of work gain from the four dimensions of work dignity,salary satisfaction,ability promotion and career prospect.It is proposed that the new generation employees should be empowered reasonably to enhance their sense of work dignity,the salary system should be optimized to enhance their satisfaction with salary,learning organizations should be set up to meet their sense of competence enhancement and improve the career development system to meet the career aspirations of the new generation of employees,so as to stabilize the workforce,reduce the human cost of enterprise management.
