Research Report on Business Environment of Overseas Chinese-funded Enterprises in Jieyang City

2021年课题组专题调研结果显示,揭阳市侨资企业在发展中面临的困难比较突出,在营商环境中面临的主要问题有涉侨企业类型比较传统和单一、难以留住高层次人才、对侨务共识比较薄弱和政务服务平台相对落后四个方面。相应的对策建议包括,落实相关专利政策、引进高层次人才政策、设立侨资企业专门服务机构和完善政务服务平台。

The research results of the research team in 2021 show that the difficulties faced by overseas Chinese-funded enterprises in Jieyang City are relatively prominent in the development.The main problems faced in the business environment are that the types of overseas Chinese-related enterprises are relatively traditional and single,and it is difficult to retain high-level talents.,The consensus on overseas Chinese affairs is relatively weak and the government service platform is relatively backward.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions include implementing relevant patent policies,introducing high-level talent policies,setting up specialized service agencies for overseas Chinese-funded enterprises,and improving government service platforms.
