湖南某高校本科酒店管理专业毕业生就业状况分析

Analysis on the Employment Situation of Undergraduate Hotel Management Graduates in a University in Hunan

随着国民收入水平的增长,人们消费水平的提升,旅游业和酒店业发展迅速。然而在社会上存在酒店管理专业毕业生的就业率高,但专业对口率低的问题。以湖南某高校为研究对象,通过酒店管理专业在校生(潜在员工)、毕业生(现职员工)、教师(员工培养者)、学校(员工培养单位)和酒店(用工单位)的问卷调查,对本科酒店管理专业毕业生的就业现状及原因进行分析,并从个人、学校、企业和社会四个层面提出相应的改善对策。

With the growth of national income and the improvement of people’s consumption level,tourism and hotel industry are developing rapidly.However,there is a problem that the employment rate of hotel management graduates is high,but the professional counterpart rate is low.Taking a university in Hunan as the research object,through the questionnaire survey of hotel management students(potential employees),graduates(current employees),teachers(staff trainers),schools(staff training units)and hotels(employing units),the employment status and causes of undergraduate hotel management graduates are analyzed.The corresponding improvement countermeasures from the four levels of individuals,schools,enterprises and society are put forwarded.
