压缩机含油率对空调系统性能影响的研究

摘要 基于压缩机单体性能与含油率的相关性,分析验证压缩机含油率对空调系统性能的影响程度,找出压缩机应用过程中能使整机性能达到最佳的含油率范围并制定相应的评估方法。综合分析表明:当压缩机含油率达到一定适值后,压缩机单体与空调系统能力均会随之出现负相关关系,压缩机含油率处在0.01%~0.5%的适值将发挥空调系统的最佳能效。 Based on the correlation between compressor performance and oil content,this paper analyzes and verifies the influence of oil content of compressor on the perform-ance of air conditioning system,finds out the best oil content range of compressor per-formance in the application process,and formulates the corresponding evaluation method.Comprehensive analysis shows that:when the oil content of compressor reaches a certain value,the compressor unit and the capacity of air conditioning system will be nega-tively correlated,and the oil content of compressor at the value of 0.01%~0.5%will play the best energy efficiency of air conditioning system.
