摘要
介绍长沙市某商场空调系统改造工程,从现有空调系统及其能效方面入手,主要针对机组、水泵和冷却塔进行优化,并制定合理的运行策略,确保系统始终处于高效运行状态。改造后系统EER由2.1提升至5.8,制冷季年节省电量约41万kW·h,年节省天然气约8.5万Nm^(3),年节省费用约58万元。
The transformation project of the air-conditioning system in a shopping mall in Changsha is introduced.Based on the existing air-conditioning system and its energy ef-ficiency,the optimized design is conducted on the chillers,pumps and cooling towers,and a reasonable operation strategy is formulated to ensure the system always in efficient oper-ation state.After the transformation,the EER of the system is increased from2.1 to 5.8,and in the cooling season,the electricity is saved by about 410000 kW·h annually,the natural gas is saved by about 85000 Nm^(3) annually,thus the cost is saved by 0.58 million yuan annually.
