安徽省乡村治理绩效的影响因素与路径提升——基于fsQCA方法的联动效应研究

Influencing Factors and Path Improvement of Rural Governance Performance in Anhui Province——Research on Linkage Effect Based on fsQCA Method

村庄是农村居民生产生活的基本单元,实现乡村有效治理是推动乡村振兴的重要任务。安徽省积极响应国家建设新型农村的方针政策,力求打造“美好型”乡村治理模式。基于此,文章致力于研究安徽省乡村治理绩效的影响因素及多元提升路径。通过文献梳理,将其主要影响因素归纳为乡村治理权力、乡村资源、乡村上级支持、乡村文化治理、乡村治理方式等。通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)发现,乡村治理权力和乡村上级支持是实现安徽省乡村治理绩效的必要条件。提出安徽省乡村治理绩效的提升路径:基于乡村治理权力和乡村上级支持的驱动路径、以乡村治理方式为导向的驱动路径、以乡村资源为导向的驱动路径。

Rillageis the basic unit of production and life of rural residents,and it isan important means to realize effective rural goverance and promote rural revitalization.Anhui Province actively responds to the national policy of building a new type of countryside,and strives to create a beautiful"rural goverance model"in"AnhuiProvince".Based on this,this paper is committed to studying the main factors and ways to improve the performance of rural governance in Anhui Province.through literature review,it is summarized into five factors:rural governance power,rural resources,rural superior support,rural cultural governance,rural governance and so on.Through fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),itis found that rural governance power and rural superior support are necessary conditions to achieve rural governance performance in Anhui Province.The improvement of Anhui rural governance performance mainly includes the following three ways:(I)the driving path based on rural governance power and the support of rural superiors;(2)the driving path based on rural governance;(3)the driving path guided by rural resources.
