China has entered the middle and late stages of urbanization development.The urban construction has been shifted from the large-scale incremental construction to the stock quality improvement,reconstruction together with the incremental structural adjustment.The organic renewal of streets is an important entry point for the improvement of urban stock The significance,objectives,design content and fund raising for the organic renewal of street are set forth in detail.The problems for attention in the project implementation are summarized.
