摘要
针对城市进入存量发展阶段后的路网建设进行研究.以重庆市快速路五纵线(渝鲁大道至石黄隧道段)为工程背景,首先介绍和分析了路网建设及存在的问题,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,提出了合理引导城市空间布局和城市交通结构,适当增加道路供给,重点缓解立交节点拥堵,提高次级路网密度和连通性,挖掘道路潜力等建议和改善手段,避免传统单一采取新建、改建道路或立交的思路,以促进存量发展阶段交通可持续发展.
The construction of road network is studied after a city entering the stage of stock development.Taking the fifth vertical line(Yulu Avenue-Shihuang Tunnel)of Chongqing Expressway as the engineering background,the construction and the existing problems of road network are introduced and analyzed.The suggestions and improvement means of reasonably guiding the urban spatial layout and urban traffic structure,properly increasing the road supply,specifically easing the congestion at interchange nodes,improving the density and connectivity of the secondary road network,and tapping the potential of roads are put forward from the macro,medium and micro levels in order to avoid the traditional single idea of newly constructing or reconstructing the roads or interchanges,which can promote the sustainable development of traffic in the stage of stock development.
