污水处理厂智慧化运营管理平台设计及研究

Design and Research on Intelligent Operation and Management Platform of Wastewater Treatment Plant

针对厦门市8座现状传统污水处理厂配置落后亟需改造的问题,提出了构建智慧化污水处理厂运营管理平台的解决方案.通过分析该平台包括的污水公司分调中心对其业务功能的要求和厂级运行管理平台对水处理工艺的要求,利用大数据、云计算、数据挖掘、移动互联网、三维数字化建模、手机APP应用等技术,可实现对污水处理厂关键参数及关键状态的全面、统一实时监测,从而为上级调度提供决策支持.

Because of the aging equipment in eight wastewater treatment plants(WWTP)of Xiamen and the urgent need of updating,the solution of intelligent operation and management platform for WWTP is put forward.By analyzing this platform including the requirements of sewage company sub-center for its business function and the requirements of WWTP operation and management platform for the sewage treatment technology,by using the technologies ofbid data,cloud computing,data mining,mobile internet,3D digitalization modeling and mobile phone APP application,the comprehensive and unified real-time monitoring of the key parameters and key states ofWWTP can be realized soas to provide the decision support for superior dispatching.
