摘要
整体沉管施工是城市长距离引水工程中一种较为常见的施工方法,运营阶段的排水过程会引起管线结构受力变形的变化,为维修人员和管线带来一定的安全隐患.以南宁市邕江引水工程为依托,采用有限元分析方法研究了管线在排水过程中受力变形的变化.研究结果表明,管内水头高于管顶标高时,管中心未产生竖向位移,当管内水头降低至管顶标高时,管线开始出现上浮趋势.在内外水压作用下沉管管壁呈受压状态,且随着管内水压的降低管壁压应力有明显增加,排水过程中管线的应力满足设计要求.
The integral pipe sinking construction is a relative common construction method in the urban long-distance water diversion projects.The drainage process in the operation phase will cause the changes in the stress and deformation of the pipeline structure,which will have potential risk to maintenance personnel and the pipelines In the background of the Yongjiang Water Diversion Project in Nanning City,the finite element analysis method is used to study the stress deformation of pipeline in the processof drainage.The study result indicates that there is no vertical displacement at the pipe center when the waterhead in the pipe is high than the top elevation of pipe.And the pipeline begins to rise when the waterhead in the pipe is lowered to the top elevation of pipe Under the actions of the internal and external water pressures,the wall ofsinking pipe is under pressure.And with the reduction of the water pressure in pipe,the pressure stress of pipe wall increases obviously.The stress of pipeline meets the design requirements in the process of drainage.
