珠海地区水中大直径冲孔灌注桩施工技术研究

摘要 依托珠海市某跨河桥梁桩基工程,分析了水中大直径冲孔灌注桩在复杂环境和复杂地层下施工的难点,并针对这些难点提出了施工平台建设、钢护筒施工、桩孔成孔工艺、泥浆制备及冲程设置、钻孔异常情况预防和处理等措施.应用这些措施,珠海市某跨河桥梁24根直径1.2~2.2 m的水中大直径冲孔灌注桩顺利完工,中途未发生任何障碍及事故. Relying on a pile foundation project of river-crossing bridge in Zhuhai, the difficulties in the construction of in-water large-diameter punched cast-in-place pile under the complex environment and complex stratum are analyzed. Aiming at these difficulties, the measures for the building of construction platform, the construction of steel casing, the pore-forming technology of pile hole, the preparation of slurry and stroke setting, and the abnormal situation prevention and treatment of drilling are put forward.These measures are taken. 24 in-water large-diameter(1.2~2.2 m) punched cast-in-place piles of a river-crossing bridge were smoothly completed in Zhuhai without any accidents during the construction.
