直投式改性沥青混合料的制备与性能研究

摘要 通过三维显微观测方法,研究不同直投式改性剂与集料在不同条件下的熔融效果.分别使用基质沥青和4.5SBS改性沥青与四种直投式改性剂进行干拌制成沥青混合料,探究进一步提升直投式改性沥青混合料性能的可能性,并通过肯塔堡飞散试验、汉堡车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验研究沥青混合料各项性能.研究表明,不同的直投式改性剂,应根据其与集料的熔融效果选用相应的干拌温度和干拌时间;基质沥青与直投式改性剂制成的混合料的抗飞散性能、高温性能和水稳定性能较基质沥青混合料有明显改善,但水稳定性能依旧没有满足规范;4.5SBS改性沥青与四种直投式改性剂进行干拌后,混合料的各项性能均进一步提高,其中,各个混合料的水稳定性能均达到规范要求;GPJ直投式改性剂的改性效果最为显著. The melting effects of the different direct-injection modifiers and aggregates under the different conditions are studied by three-dimensional microscopic observation method. The base asphalt and 4.5 SBS modified asphalt with four direct-injection modifiers are used for dry mixing to prepare the asphalt mixture in order to explore the possibility of further improving the performance of the direct-injection modified asphalt mixture. And various performances of asphalt mixture are studied through the Kentenburg flying test, the Hamburg rutting test and the freeze-thaw splitting test. The study result shows that the dry mixing temperature and dry mixing time should be selected according to the melting effect of different direct injection modifiers and aggregates. The dispersion resistance, high temperature performance and water stability of the mixture prepared by the matrix asphalt and direct-injection modifier are more obviously improved than the matrix asphalt mixture, but the water stability does not still meet the standards. After 4.5 SBS modified asphalt is dry mixed with four direct-injection modifiers, various performances of the mixture are further improved, in which the water stability of mixture all reaches the standard requirements. The modification effect of GPJ direct-injection modifier is the most significant.
