基于层次分析法和综合指数法的隧道夹空层空间适宜性分区研究

摘要 随着南京城市化进程的不断加快,对城市规划布局也部分从地上空间转移至地下空间,特别是地下尚未被利用起来的隧道夹空层空间越来越受重视.针对南京惠民路隧道工程中夹空层空间建设管养中心的合理规划问题,借助层次分析法和综合指数法对管养中心不同功能属性房间的规划进行了适宜性分析.同时,根据适宜性分区的结果对管养中心各功能房间的布局提供了合理的规划建议,为相似类型工程的空间规划提供了有益的参考. With the acceleration process of urbanization in Nanjing more and more attention has been paid to the urban planning and layout partially transferred from the ground space to the underground space,especially the underground tunnel sandwiched layer space not to be utilized In view of the reasonable planning of the management and maintenance center for the construction of the sandwiched layer in Nanjing Huimin Road Tunnel Project,the reasonable planning of rooms with the different functional attributes of the management and maintenance center is analyzed with the help of the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive index method.According to the results of suitability zoning.the reasonable planning advice is provided for the room layout with various functions of the management and maintenance center.The useful reference is provided for the spatial planning of similar projects.
