摘要 本文使用流体系统仿真技术对VVER核电机组主给水系统水力计算开展研究,搭建了完整的主给水系统模型,计算了系统内所有给水泵的扬程和并联泵之间的扬程偏差;对给水支管流量分配偏差进行了模拟计算和原因分析;对多种工况下给水调节阀前后压差,以及同一工况下不同给水支管上调节阀压差的差异进行了详细计算。本文可为给水泵扬程计算、支管流量分配预测、调节阀选型等工作提供技术支持,提升核电厂精细化设计水平。 Hydraulic calculation of the main feedwater system in VVER nuclear power plant is carried out using simulation technology in this paper. A simulation model of the whole feedwater system is built. The head of each pump and the head differences are calculated in the model. The flowrate deviation in branch pipes is calculated and the direct reason is analyzed. The differential pressures of control valve at different loads and those of control valves in different branches at a certain load are also calculated. This paper can provide technical support for pump head calculation, flowrate deviation prediction and the control valve selection, and promote the fine design of nuclear power plants.
