贝类捕集器滤网设计改进对重要厂用水系统影响分析

摘要 重要厂用水(SEC)系统的功能是把由设备冷却水系统(RRI)收集的热负荷输送到最终热阱—海水。在SEC泵的出口管线进入RRI板式热交换器之前,设置有贝类补集器,防止贝类、水母等海生物滋生对板式热交换器的危害。某核电厂2号机组SECB列贝类捕集器自投产运行以来频繁堵塞,影响了电厂冷源安全,本文根据调研情况确定了进行贝类捕集器滤网改进作为解决方案,并运用简化版水力学计算方法验证了贝类捕集器滤网设计改进后的影响;同时利用贝类捕集器滤网改进后的实际参数验证了理论计算的结果,为后续贝类捕集器类似问题的解决提供了参考和依据。 Thefunction of the CRITICAL plant water(SEC)system is to transfer the heat load collected by the equipment cooling water system(RRI)to the final heat trap seawater Before the outlet pipeline of SEC pump enters the RRI plate heat exchanger,the shellfish complement deviceisset to prevent the harm of shellfish,jellyfishand other sea creatures breeding to the plate heat exchanger.The SEC column B shellfish catcher of unit 2 of anuclear power plant has been blocked frequently since it was put into operation,which has affected the safety of the cold source of the power plant Based on investigation,this paper determined to improve the filter net of shellfish catcher as a solution and verified the influence of the improved designof the filternetof shellfish catcher byusing the simplified hydraulic calculation method At the same time,the results of theoretical calculation are verified by the practical parameters of the improved filter net of shellfish catcher,which provides a reference and basis for solving similar problems of shellfish catcher in the future.
