摘要
精密度偏性试验是一种实验室质量控制考核的方式。实验室年度内部质量控制计划要求选取部分新仪器新项目进行试验,以检验实验室的检测结果是否满足精密度和准确度的要求。通过采用环境标准《HJ776-2015》对锰元素进行精密度偏性试验,计算可得检出限、加标回收率、批内批间变异,检验总标准差,均符合要求,质量控制图绘制合理。经试验证明,实验室电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪性能良好,项目检测过程符合质量控制要求。
Precision bias test is a kind of laboratory quality control examination method.The laboratory's annual internal quality control plan requires some new instruments and new items to be tested to check whether the laboratory's test results meet the requirements of precision and accuracy.The environmental standard HJ776-2015 was used to carry out precision bias test for manganese.The detection limit,recovery rate,variation within and between batches,and total standard deviation were calculated,all of which met the requirements.The quality control chart was drawn reasonably.The test proves that the performance of the ICP-AES in our laboratory is good,and the testing process of this project meets the quality control requirements.
