盐池及运城市中心城区防洪排涝工程体系中存在问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Flood Control and Drainage Engineering System in Salt Pool and Yuncheng Central City

分析了涑水河流域强降雨对盐池及运城市中心城区防洪排涝安全的影响,得出了其主要原因系中水长期占用蓄滞洪区库容以及目前南城区还实行管网雨污合流制和防洪工程老化失修所致,并相应提出了近期水库清污、南城区雨污分流,中期加固堤堰、打通水道,远期兴建排水总干渠的三步实施计划。希望以此能为盐池及运城市中心城区的防洪排涝规划提供一定的决策依据。

The impact of strong rainfall in Sushui river basin on the salt pool and the central district in Yuncheng city was analyzed.There are three main reasons:the first is that reclaimed water occupies the storage capacity of flood storage and detention area for a long time;the second is that the rainwater and sewage confluence system of pipe network is still implemented in Nancheng district;the third is that the flood control works are aging and in disrepair.The three-step implementation plan is put forward,including the cleaning of the reservoir in the near future,the diversion of rain and sewage in Nancheng District,the reinforcement of the dike in the medium term,the opening of the waterway,and the construction of the main drainage channel in the long term.It is expected to provide decision-making basis for the flood control and drainage planning in the salt pool and the central district in Yuncheng city.
