摘要
生物质碎料的固体成型方法有多种。为了在不使用任何添加剂和不加热的条件下压缩成块,采用正交试验法对影响生物质压块成型的主要因素进行分析,以期为后续压块机的设计提供理论依据。结果表明:生物质原料成型的最佳条件为压制压强40 MPa,含水率15%,保压时间20 s。
There are many solid forming methods of biomass scraps.In order to study the compression into blocks without adding any additives and without heating,in this study,the main factors affecting the forming of biomass block were analyzed by orthogonal test.This could provide theoretical basis for the design of the subsequent block press.The results showed thatthe optimal conditions of biomass raw material molding were determined as follows:pressing pressure of 40 MPa,moisture content of 15%,holding pressure time of 20 s.
