中国地质调查局西安地质调查中心(以下简称西安地调中心)是国家在西北地区的综合性区域地质调查机构。60年来,因国家建设需要而创建,因国家发展需求变化而调整,为国家重大战略实施和西北地质科技进步做出了重要贡献。本文分起步与发展、调整与拓展、转型与创新3个阶段,系统总结了西安地调中心成立60年来所做的主要工作和取得的重大成果成效。面对新形势、新需求和新挑战,西安地调中心将坚持公益性、基础性地质调查和战略性矿产勘查的基本定位,坚持全力支撑能源、矿产、水和战略性资源保障,精心服务生态文明建设和自然资源管理的工作定位,按照聚焦大需求、立足大地质、调查大资源、服务大生态、做好大支撑、实现大发展的工作思路推进转型发展和创新发展,践行扎根西部、争创一流、报效祖国、服务人民的价值理念,提出聚焦水资源安全、能源资源安全、生态安全、国土安全、自然资源管理中心、发展动力变革、开放合作、提升国际化水平等8方面开展工作,努力向世界一流新型区域综合地质调查研究机构迈进,为国家和区域经济社会发展和生态文明建设做出新的更大贡献。

Xi'an Center of China Geological Survey(Abbreviated as Xi'an Center)is a comprehensive regional geological survey institution in Northwest China.Over the past 60 years,it has been established for the needs of national construction and adjusted for the changes of national development needs,making important contributions to the implementation of major national strategies and the progress of geological science and technology in Northwest China.This paper is divided into three stages:start and development,adjustment and expansion,transformation and innovation.It systematically summarizes the main work and major achievements of Xi'an Center in the past 60 years.Facing the new situation,new demands and new challenges,Xi'an Center will adhere to the basic positioning of public welfare,basic geological survey and strategic mineral exploration,adhere to the working positioning of fully supporting the protection of energy,minerals,water and strategic resources,carefully serving the construction of ecological civilization and the work of the natural resource management center,and focus on big needs,based on big geology,investigate big resources,serve big ecology,and do a good job in big support The working idea of achieving great development promotes transformation and innovative development,practices the value concept of taking root in the west,striving for first-class,serving the motherland and serving the people,and proposes to focus on water resources security,energy resources security,ecological security,land security,natural resources management center,development power reform,opening up and cooperation,and improving the level of internationalization,strive to become a world-class new-type regional comprehensive geological survey and research institution,and make new and greater contributions to national and regional economic and social development and ecological civilization construction.
