摘要 可再生能源波动性和热力系统运行特性对城市电热综合能源系统的经济调度影响显著。基于分布式鲁棒理论、热力管网和分布式蓄热设备的介质温度特性,提出了一种城市电热综合能源系统分布式鲁棒经济调度模型。通过合理利用热力系统灵活调控特性,可有效降低运行成本、提高风电消纳水平。同时,通过分布式鲁棒优化理论,得到可再生能源出力最恶劣概率分布下的经济调度方案,有效提升风电消纳的安全性。最后,通过算例验证了所提模型的有效性。 The fluctuation of renewable energy and the operating characteristics of heat systems have obvious influences on the economic dispatch of urban integrated heat and power systems(UIHPS). In this paper,based on the distributionally robust theory and the medium temperature characteristics of heat network and distributed thermal energy storage equipment,a distributionally robust economic dispatch model of UIHPS is proposed,which can effectively reduce the operating costs and improve the wind power consumption level by reasonably taking advantage of the flexible dispatching characteristics of heat systems. Meanwhile,an economic dispatch scheme under the worst probability distribution of renewable energy output is obtained through the distributionally robust optimization theory,which effectively improves the safety of wind power consumption. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is validated by the results of a practical example.
