College Marginal Students: Multidimensional Perspective, Dialectical Logic and Internalization Strategy

边缘生教育是立德树人的重要理论与实践课题,是“办好人民满意的教育”的重要内容。从情境理论、情感社会学理论和社会网络分析等多维视角分析大学边缘生的主要特征:在群体人际网络结构中处于边缘位置,游离在集体主流文化的边界,集体成员身份意识比较淡薄,集体参与和积极情感体验缺乏,在集体中收益和影响力较小等。边缘生的识别与认知问题应从位置、心理和权势三个方面开展辩证分析。大学边缘生内化应从优化教育资源供给,创设公平教育环境;增强心理情感支持,强化学生主体意识;强化素质养成教育,改善人际交往体验等方面展开。

The education of marginal students is an important theoretical and practical subject of moral education for college students. It is an important content of education that satisfies the people. From the multi-dimensional perspective of situation theory, emotional sociology theory and social network analysis theory, this paper reveals the main characteristics of college marginal students. They are in the marginal position of the group interpersonal network structure, floating on the boundary of collective mainstream culture, the sense of collective membership being relatively weak. They lack collective participation and positive emotional experience, and have little gains and influence in the collective. Focusing on the identification and cognition of marginal students,dialectical analysis is carried out from three aspects: position, psychology and power. Finally, three suggestions on the internalization strategy of college marginal students are put forward: optimize the supply of educational resources and create a fair educational environment;strengthen psychological and emotional support, strengthen students’ subject consciousness;strengthen quality development education, and improve interpersonal experience.
