水冬瓜叶乙醇提取物不同萃取部位抗炎镇痛活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:筛选水冬瓜叶药材不同萃取部位的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:水冬瓜叶药材70%乙醇提取后,浓缩,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇分别萃取、浓缩和烘干,得到水冬瓜叶药材不同萃取部位。采用醋酸扭体法观察水冬瓜叶药材不同萃取部位的镇痛作用,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法观察水冬瓜叶药材不同萃取部位的抗炎作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,在镇痛实验中,除乙酸乙酯萃取部位中、高剂量组外,水冬瓜叶药材石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇三个萃取部位均可显著延缓醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,其中石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位低剂量组(P<0.05),石油醚萃取部位中、高剂量组和正丁醇萃取部位低、中、高剂量组(P<0.01);在抗炎实验中,水冬瓜叶药材乙酸乙酯萃取部位低剂量组可显著抑制所致小鼠二甲苯致小鼠耳廓的肿胀度(P<0.05)。结论:水冬瓜叶药材抗炎有效部位为乙酸乙酯萃取部位,水冬瓜叶药材三个萃取部位均有镇痛活性,镇痛强度依次为正丁醇萃取部位>石油醚萃取部位>乙酸乙酯萃取部位。 Objective:To screen out anti-inflammatory and analgestic activity of different solvent extractions of the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu.Methods:After 70%ethanol extraction,concentrated,followed by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol extraction,and then concentration and drying,to obtain different parts of solvent extractions of the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu.The analgestic effect of different parts of solvent extractions of the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu was observed by acetic acid writhing method,and anti-inflammatory effect of xylene induced ear swelling in mice of different parts of solvent extractions of the leaf of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu was observed.Results:Compared with the blank control group,in the analgesic experiment,except for the middle and high dose groups of ethyl acetate extraction parts,the petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and nbutanol extraction parts of the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu could significantly delay the writhing times in mice induced by acetic acid,among which the low dose groups of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction parts(P<0.05),the middle and high dose groups of petroleum ether extraction parts and the low,middle and high dose groups of n-butanol extraction parts(P<0.01).In the anti-inflammatory experiment,the low-dose group of ethyl acetate extraction fraction of the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu could significantly inhibit the swelling of mouse auricle induced by xylene(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethyl acetate extraction was the effective anti-inflammatory part of the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu.The three extraction parts of all the leaves of Toricellia Angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu had analgesic activity,and the analgesic intensity was n-butanol extraction>petroleum ether extraction>ethyl acetate extraction.
