摘要
纳米结晶混悬液技术为改善难溶性药物的溶解度与溶出度提供了一种可行性技术方法,是当前医药研究领域的新热点。与传统纳米载体药物相比,纳米混悬液无需任何载体材料,增溶药物范围广泛,可以开发成用于各种给药途径的药物递送系统,对药物粒径进行控制还可实现靶向定位作用。本文围绕纳米混悬液的特点、制备方法、稳定性及表征进行综述,以期为纳米混悬液制剂相关研究提供借鉴与思考。
Nanocrystal suspension technology provides a feasible technical method to improve the solubility and dissolution of insoluble drugs,which is a new hot spot in the current medical research field.Compared with traditional nano-carrier drugs,nanosuspension does not require any carrier material and has a wide range of solubable drugs.It can be developed into a drug delivery system for a variety of drug delivery routes,and the drug particle size can be controlled and targeted.In this paper,the characteristics,preparation methods,stability and characterization of nanosuspension were reviewed,in order to provide reference and thinking for the related research of nanosuspension preparation.
