摘要
采用微波消解-ICP-MS法对土壤中的锡含量进行检测,并对其检测结果进行了不确定度评定和表示。依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)建立了不确定度数学模型,确定了六大不确定度来源,统计了各分量引入的不确定度并合成了总不确定度。结果:土壤样品中锡含量为4.82 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.40 mg/kg(k=2,95%置信),其中标准溶液配制和校准曲线拟合的不确定度贡献率较高。
The content of tin in soil was detected by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the uncertainty of the detection results was evaluated and expressed.According to"Assessment and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty"(JJF 1059.1—2012),a mathematical model of uncertainty is established,six sources of uncertainty are determined,the uncertainty introduced by each component is counted,and the total uncertainty is synthesized.Calculation results:The tin content in the soil sample is 4.82 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.40 mg/kg(k=2,95%confidence),and the uncertainty contribution rate of standard solution preparation and calibration curve fitting is relatively high.
