摘要
城镇燃气管网通常采用埋地敷设方式,管道在土壤中由于腐蚀带来的风险逐年增加,安全事故时有发生。为预防和减少燃气管道腐蚀现象的发生,通过事故树系统方法对管网腐蚀原因开展分析,重点对土壤因素带来的外腐蚀开展研究。结果表明土壤的含水率、电阻率是影响埋地管道腐蚀的主要因素,并通过一条城镇燃气管道的实际检测数据得到验证,有利于在城镇燃气管道安装阶段的质量控制,运行期间的巡检和维护,降低埋地管道腐蚀现象的发生的概率,延长燃气管道的使用寿命。
Urban gas pipeline network is usually buried underground,leading to an increased risk of pipeline corrosion in the soil each year and the occurrence of safety accidents.In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of gas pipeline corrosion,the causes of pipeline network corrosion are analyzed through the accident tree analysis in this paper,focusing on the external corrosion from soil factors.The results show that the water content and resistivity of the soil are the main factors affecting the corrosion of buried pipelines,which are verified by the actual test data of an urban gas pipeline.The obtained conclusions are conducive to quality control in the installation stage of urban gas pipelines,inspection and maintenance during operation,thus reducing the probability of buried pipeline corrosion and prolonging the service life of gas pipelines.
