摘要
基于国外经验和上海市实际情况制定了四种分类方案(即四分法、八分法、九分法和十分法),并利用群决策层次分析法确定了更优的生活垃圾源头分类精细化方案。结果表明:四分法在时间成本和投资及运行费用上更有优势,十分法的资源回收效益最高;四分法在公众满意度上更具优势,而经济收入水平越高的居民更易接收精细化分类方案;分类方案越细化对于垃圾减量、资源循环、污染降低的作用越明显。综合经济、环境和社会因素可知,上海市生活垃圾源头分类最佳方案为十分法。
The refined schemes for municipal solid waste(MSW)source-separated collection,including four-type method,eighttype method,nine-type method,and ten-type method are formulated based on the actual situation of Shanghai,China.And the best refined scheme was optimized by the Group Decision Analytic Hierarchy Process(GD-AHP).The results showed that the fourtype method had more advantages in time cost,investment and operation cost,and the ten-type method had the highest resource recovery benefit.The four-type method had more advantages in public satisfaction,and residents with higher economic income were more likely to accept the refined scheme.What’s more,the more detailed the classification scheme,the more obvious the effect on waste reduction,resource recycling and pollution reduction.According to the economic factor,environmental factor,and social factor,the best refined scheme was the ten-type method.
