浅谈汽油储罐VOCs治理工艺措施与方案 被引量:1

摘要 随着石油化工装置产能向大型化发展,以及炼化一体化的扩张,罐区容量越来越大,罐组数量和品种类别越来越多样化,对罐区的无组织排放构成了新的挑战。挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放可直接对人体健康造成危害,挥发性有机物(VOCs)的大气污染问题逐渐受到重视,国家生态环境部相继出台《重点行业挥发性有机物综合治理方案》环大气(2019)53号,《2020年挥发性有机物治理攻坚方案》环大气(2020)33号,都已明确VOCs治理已成为当前工作首要任务。某炼化企业针对VOCs治理过程中出现的问题,在尽量少投资或不再投资的情况下,进行了工艺流程及操作技改优化,目前罐区VOCs治理已见显著成效。 With the large-scale development of petrochemical plant capacity and the expansion of refining and chemical integration,tank area capacity is getting larger and larger,tank group number and variety category are becoming more and more diverse,posing new challenges to the unorganized discharge of tank area.The emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)can directly cause harm to human health,and the atmospheric pollution of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)has gradually received attention.The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China has issued the Comprehensive Management Scheme of Volatile Organic Compounds in Key Industries,Ring Atmosphere(2019)53,"2020 volatile organic compounds treatment solution"ring atmosphere(2020)33,have been clear VOCs governance has become the current priority.A refining and chemical enterprise for VOCs governance in the process of the problem,in the case of as little investment or no investment,the process and operation technology optimization,at present tank area VOCs governance has seen significant results.
