“双高计划”背景下高职院校人才培养模式探索

摘要 “双高计划”背景下高职院校建设的核心在于人才培养模式改革。以黎明职业大学“新材料+鞋服”高水平专业群的建设为依据,剖析服装设计与工艺专业职业教育中人才培养模式的现状与问题,提出采用分类分层培养的教学模式、建设本土特色专业群优质课程、产教融合双主体协同育人机制、搭建注重过程的多元评价机制的建议,探索服装设计与工艺专业“双高计划”建设的实施路径。 The core of upgrading vocational colleges is reforming talent cultivation modes against the background of“Double-High”Construction.The talent cultivation mode of the specialty of Fashion Design and Technology was analyzed in terms of the current situation and problems based on the data from the construction of high-level specialty group of“New Materials+Footwear&Fashion”in Liming Vocational University.Se-ver al suggestions for implementing the“Double-High”construction in the Specialty of Fashion Design and Technology were put forward such as adopting classified and stratified teaching models,developing high-qua-lity courses with local characteristics,embracing dual-subject collaborative education of production education integration,and building multiple evaluation systems.
