摘要
新一轮工业革命与中国加快转变经济发展方式形成历史性交汇,国际产业分工格局正在重塑并呈现指数级增长,亟待解决劳动力供给存在的序列化人才矛盾。从产业链-教育链-人才链-创新链联结的关系逻辑,综合分析知识传播与工程实践二律悖反的运演进程,建构“技术技能积累创新共同体”的产教、科教融合叠加生成策略所需知识的“条和框架”,检验新旧动能接续转换的内生进步机制表现形式归结为工程教育活动的均衡解,审视如何提高人才的产出弹性,探索工程技术人才的层次转化律,避免陷入惯性轨迹的锁定态。
A new round of industrial revolution has formed a historic intersection with China’s accelerated transformation of the mode of economic development.The pattern of international industrial division of labor is reshaping and showing an exponential growth.It is urgent to solve the contradiction of serialized talents in labor supply.From the relationship logic of chain-industrial chain-education chain-talent chain-innovation,this paper comprehensively analyses the evolution process of the contradiction between knowledge dissemination and engineering practice,constructs the"rules and frameworks"of knowledge needed for the production strategy of"technology skill accumulation and innovation community",and examines the inherent progress mechanism manifestation of the succession and transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Formula can be summed up as the equilibrium solution of engineering education activities,examining how to improve the output elasticity of talents,and exploring the law of hierarchical transformation of engineering and technical talents to avoid falling into the lock-in state of inertia trajectory.
