摘要
基于巴纳德现代组织管理理论提出的“共同的目标”“协作的意愿”“信息的交流”三大核心因素,以重庆市为例,分析三级公立医院多院区管理存在的问题,并提出其高质量发展的三维路径:优化组织目标,推进管理高质量发展;突出贡献意愿,加快医疗高水平发展;加强信息交流,促进服务高标准发展。
Based on the three core factors of"common goal","willingness to cooperate"and"information exchange"proposed by Barnard's modern organizational management theory,taking Chongqing as an example,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of multi-districts tertiary public hospitals.It is suggested to optimize organizational goals and promote high-quality development of management,highlight the willingness to contribute and accelerate the high-quality development of medical care,and strengthen information exchange and promote the development of high-standard services.
