摘要
矿井瓦斯泵站循环水中含有一定的盐分和固体悬浮物,导致瓦斯泵在运行过程中容易出现结垢现象,使瓦斯泵运行效率降低,故障率大大提高。优化瓦斯泵站循环水净化系统的目的就是减少循环水中的盐分和固体悬浮物。针对瓦斯泵站循环水中盐分高导致水泵中水垢过厚的现象,采用平板陶瓷膜和反渗透膜对循环水进行了净化。结果表明,在净化后,瓦斯抽放泵运行效率提高了15%以上,因结垢导致的故障率降低了85%以上;每年节省运行成本2.88×105元以上。
The circulating water of the mine gas pump station contains a certain amount of salt and suspended solids,which leads to the scaling phenomenon of the gas pump in the operation process,reduces the operation efficiency of the gas pump,and greatly improves the failure rate of the gas pump.The purpose of optimizing the circulating water purification system of gas pump station is to reduce salt and suspended solids in circulating water.Aiming at the phenomenon that the scale in the pump is too thick due to the high salinity in the circulating water of the gas pump station,the circulating water was purified by using flat ceramic membranes and reverse osmosis membranes.The results showed that after purification,the operating efficiency of the gas drainage pump was increased by more than 15%,and the failure rate caused by scaling was reduced by more than 85%;the annual operating cost was saved by more than 2.88×105 yuan.
