摘要 为了解决圆形煤场堆取料机操作方式老旧、作业环境差、工作强度大且作业效率低等问题,以上海上电漕泾发电有限公司圆形煤场为研究背景,设计了基于激光扫描技术和红外测温技术的圆形煤场堆取料机无人值守系统。通过增加激光扫描仪、红外测温仪、堆取料机定位装置、无线通信设备、安全防护传感器等设备,运用三维料场建模、智能堆取料算法等运算手段,实现了堆取料机就地无人值守,远程自动堆取料功能。 In order to solve the problems of old operation mode,poor working environment,high work intensity and low operation efficiency of the circular coal yard stacker reclaimer,an unattended system of the circular coal yard stacker reclaimer based on laser scanning technology and infrared temperature measurement technology was designed with the research background of the circular coal yard of Shanghai Shangdian Caojing Power Generation Co.,Ltd.By adding laser scanners,infrared thermometers,stacker-reclaimer positioning devices,wireless communication equipment,safety protection sensors and other equipment,while using three-dimensional yard modeling,intelligent stacking and retrieving algorithms and other operational means,the local unattended and remote automatic stacking and reclaiming functions of the stacker reclaimer are realized.
