井下带式输送机变频器故障及其处理

摘要 为进一步提升煤矿安全生产,以带式输送机应用的变频器为例,在对变频器内部电路结构和故障类型进行分析的基础上,重点针对带式输送机变频器在实际生产中的跳闸故障和过电压故障进行了分析,结合实际故障类型和原因分析提出了处理措施,为进一步保证带式输送机的运输效率和安全性奠定基础。 In order to further improve the safety production of the coal mine,taking the frequency converter used in belt conveyor as an example,based on the analysis of the internal circuit structure and fault types of the frequency converter,this paper focused on the analysis of the tripping fault and over-voltage fault of the frequency converter in the actual production,and put forward treatment measures in combination with the actual fault types and cause analysis,so as to lay a foundation for further ensuring the transportation efficiency and safety of the belt conveyor.
