摘要
针对A矿五采区通风专回不专用的问题,对2^(#)风井主扇启运、矿井通风系统调整方案进行了设计论证,明确了通风系统调整步骤和风量配定方案。实践表明,该方案设计科学合理,主扇启运后,运行工况合理,矿井通风系统稳定可靠,通风系统优化效果明显,有效解决了五采区通风专回不专用的问题,旨在为相似矿井风井投运、通风系统优化提供一定的实践指导。
Aiming at the problem that the ventilation is not dedicated to the fifth mining area of A Mine,this paper carried out the design and demonstration of the adjustment scheme of the main fan operation of 2#wind shaft and the mine ventilation system,and clarified the adjustment steps of the ventilation system and the air volume allocation scheme.The practice showed that the design of the scheme was scientific and reasonable.After the main fan was put into operation,the operating conditions of the main fan were reasonable,the mine ventilation system was stable and reliable,and the optimization effect of the ventilation system was obvious,which effectively solved the problem that the ventilation was not dedicated to the fifth mining area,aiming to provide certain practical guidance for the operation of the wind shaft and the optimization of the ventilation system.
