养心生脉颗粒联合西医常规治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Yangxin Shengmai Granules Combined with Routine Western Medicine Treatment for Viral Myocarditis of Qi-Yin Deficiency Type

目的:观察养心生脉颗粒治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎的治疗效果。方法:选取气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各32例。2组的根据病毒性心肌类相关指南给予西医常规治疗,对照组加用利巴韦林治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用养心生脉颗粒口服。比较2组心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度(E/A)值]、心肌酶指标[血清肌钙蛋白-Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)、心型游离脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平]以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.63%,对照组为65.63%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组LVEF、E/A值均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组LVEF、E/A值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清cTnⅠ、H-FABP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组cTnⅠ、H-FABP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规及利巴韦林治疗的基础上采用养心生脉颗粒治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎,能有效改善患者心功能,降低心肌酶水平,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yangxin Shengmai granules for viral myocarditis of qi-yin deficiency type. Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with viral myocarditis of qi-yin deficiency type were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group. Both group was treated with routine western medicine treatment according to relevant guidelines of viral myocarditis,the control group was given vibavirin and the treatment group was additionally treated with the oral administration with Yangxin Shengmai granules based on the treatment of the control group. The heart function including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and early diastolic/late diastolic maximum blood flow velocity(E/A),myocardial enzyme indexes including levels of serum cardiac troponin-Ⅰ(cTnⅠ) and heart-type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP),and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 90.63% in the treatment group and 65.63% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,LVEF and E/A in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment,and LVEF and E/A in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, levels of cTnI and H-FABP in serum in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the two levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine western medicine treatment and vibavirin,Yangxin Shengmai granules for viral myocarditis of qi-yin deficiency type can effectively improve the heart function,reduce levels of myocardial enzymes and enhance clinical effect.
