清胃散火汤治疗根管再治疗术后疼痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingwei Sanhuo Tang for Pain After Root Canal Retreatment

目的:观察清胃散火汤对根管再治疗术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取86例牙髓病及根尖周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。2组均接受根管再治疗,对照组术后采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清胃散火汤治疗,2组均治疗7 d。比较2组中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:术后7 d,2组中医证候积分均较术前降低(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,2组VAS评分均较术前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.33%,低于对照组13.95%(P<0.05)。结论:清胃散火汤可减轻根管再治疗患者术后疼痛,缓解临床症状,降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qingwei Sanhuo tang for pain after root canal retreatment. Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with dental pulp disease and apical periodontitis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given root canal retreatment;the control group was treated with routine western medicine after surgery, and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingwei Sanhuo tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for seven days. Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results: On the 7thday after surgery, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before preoperative(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the 7thday after surgery, VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before preoperative(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 2.33% in the observation group,lower than that of 13.95% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Qingwei Sanhuo tang can relieve pain in patients after root canal retreatment, relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications.
