乳癖散结颗粒联合术后辅助化疗对乳腺癌根治术后患者免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平的影响

Effect of Rupi Sanjie Granules Combined with Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy on Immune Function and Tumor Markers in Patients After Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的:观察乳癖散结颗粒联合术后辅助化疗对乳腺癌根治术后患者免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法:将70例乳腺癌根治术患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组术后采用吡柔比星+环磷酰胺化疗方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用乳癖散结颗粒治疗。以21 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。比较2组治疗前后免疫功能指标免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、CD4细胞水平,肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)水平,以及治疗前后生活质量健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗前,2组IgA、IgG、CD4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IgA、IgG、CD4水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清CEA、CA125、CA153水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组CEA、CA125、CA153水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组CEA、CA125、CA153水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组SF-36量表各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组SF-36量表各项评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组SF-36量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳癖散结颗粒联合吡柔比星+环磷酰胺化疗能够有效增强乳腺癌根治术后患者的免疫功能,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe and study the effect of the therapy of Rupi Sanjie granules combined with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy on the immune function and levels of tumor markers in patients who had undergone radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients who had undergone radical mastectomy for breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given chemotherapy of pirubicin and cyclophosphamide after surgery,and the observation group was additionally treated with Rupi Sanjie granules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four courses of treatment,21 days being one course.The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),CD4cel s and tumor markers,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),the scores of quality of life in 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of IgA,IgG and CD4between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and CD4in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA125and CA153 in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CEA,CA125 and CA153 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of Rupi Sanjie granules combined with chemotherapy of pirubicin and cyclophosphamide can effectively enhance the immune function of patients who had undergone radical mastectomy for breast cancer,reduce the levels of tumor markers in serum,and improve the quality of life of patients.
