ABC情绪护理结合穴位按摩对乳腺癌术后患者睡眠质量和心理状态的影响

Effect of ABC Emotional Nursing Combined with Point Massage on Sleep Quality and Psychological State of Patients After Breast Cancer Operation

目的:观察ABC情绪护理结合穴位按摩对乳腺癌术后患者睡眠质量、心理状态的影响。方法:选取82例行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者,按随机数字表法分为2组各41例。2组均行乳腺癌根治术治疗,术后给予抗生素预防感染、内分泌治疗等常规治疗措施与常规护理干预,研究组行ABC情绪护理结合穴位按摩。2组均干预至患者出院。治疗前(入院时)、治疗后(出院时)评定2组患者的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分]、心理状态(症状自评量表SCL-90评分)。结果:治疗后,2组PSQI入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能评分均较治疗前降低,研究组6项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组SCL-90强迫、抑郁、躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性、偏执9个因子的评分与总分均较治疗前降低,研究组9项评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:ABC情绪护理结合穴位按摩有利于改善乳腺癌术后患者的睡眠质量和心理状态。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of ABC emotional nursing combined with point massage on sleep quality and psychological state of patients after breast cancer operation.Methods:A total of 82 patients who received breast cancer operation were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with radical mastectomy and routine treatment measures and nursing interventions after operation,such as antibiotic prophylaxis and endocrine therapy.The study group was treated with ABC emotional nursing combined with point massage.Both groups were intervened until patients were discharged.Before treatment(at admission)and after treatment(at discharge),the sleep quality and psychological state in the two groups were evaluated by the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)respectively.Results:After treatment,the scores of sleep latency,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency and daytime function of PSQI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,the above six scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The scores of nine factors of SCL-90,including obsessivecompulsive,depression,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anger-hostility,anxiety,phobicanxiety,psychoticism and paranoid ideation,and the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,the above nine scores and the total score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of ABC emotional nursing combined with point massage can help improve the sleep quality and psychological state of patients after breast cancer operation.
