摘要 高校思政课教师承负着塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造新人的时代重任。中国共产党对高校思政课教师队伍建设的探索经历了赓续发展,从初始摸索到承先启后,再到改革创新、全面发展,形成了宝贵的建设经验,即以坚持党的领导为根本保障、以坚持问题导向与目标导向相结合为切入点、以坚持师德与师能相结合为聚焦点、以坚持增量与提质相结合为关键点、以坚持严格管理与激励关怀相结合为着力点,全面推进思政课教师队伍建设。在新时代,高校思政课教师队伍建设要立足时代定位、聚焦核心素养、强化学科支撑、完善制度建设,以助推高校思政课教师队伍行稳致远、接续发展。 Teachers of ideological and political theory in higher education institutions bear the important task of shaping soul,life,and new people.The Communist Party of China’s exploration of the construction of ideological and political theory courses in higher education institutions has experienced continuous development,from initial exploration to connecting the past and the future,and then to reform innovation and all-round development.It has formed valuable construction experience,that is,adhering to the Party’s leadership as the fundamental guarantee,the combination of problem orientation and goal orientation as the starting point,the combination of teachers’morality and ability as the focus,the combination of increment and quality improvement as the key point,and the combination of strict management and incentive care as the anchor?point.Under the historical orientation of the new era,the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in higher education institutions should be based on the orientation of the times,focus on core literacy,strengthen discipline support and improve system construction,so as to promote the stable and sustainable development of ideological and political theory teachers in higher education institutions.
