大学书院制改革的困境反思与路径优化——基于结构功能主义理论框架的分析

Reflection on the Dilemma and Path Optimization of Academy System Reform in Universities:Analysis based on the Theoretical Framework of Structural Functionalism

书院是我国大学治理体系内部的一种组织设计,是涉及理念、权力、结构、文化等诸要素的复杂系统。大学通过书院制改革,不断完善内部组织之间的有效衔接和系统耦合,发挥着适应、达鹄、整合和潜在模式维护功能。近年来,国内大学书院制呈现良好的发展态势,但在推进过程中仍面临着改革价值共识缺乏、书院学院协同关系失衡、制度设计不完善和文化内核积淀不足等现实困境。为促进现代大学书院的有序运行和可持续发展,更好地发挥书院育人功能,需要从树立全人教育理念、强化双院协同育人、完善组织制度设计、构建书院独特文化等路径进行反思和探索。

Academy is an organizational design within the university governance system in China,and it is a complex system involving ideas,power,structure,and culture.Through the reform of academy system,the university continuously improves the effective connection and system coupling between internal organizations,and plays the functions of adaptation,development,integration and maintenance of potential models.In recent years,the academy system of domestic universities has shown a good development trend,but in the process of advancement,it still faces practical difficulties such as lack of consensus on reform values,unbalanced synergy between academies and colleges,imperfect system design,and insufficient cultural core accumulation.In order to promote the orderly operation and sustainable development of modern university,and give full play to its educational function,it is necessary to reflect and explore on establishing the concept of whole-person education,strengthen the collaborative education of the academies and universities,improve the design of the organizational system,and build the unique culture of the academies.
