摘要
为了探究煤矿企业安全管理制度是如何对相关人的行为产生约束作用这一问题,利用质性研究方法分析了员工对安全管理制度的认知规律和特征,并基于认知和行为基础理论构建煤矿企业安全管理“制度认知—制度行为”理论模型,采用结构方程模型方法进行实证检验,结果表明:个体对制度规则系统和制度背景的积极认知使个体产生高水平的制度遵从意愿,进而增加内源性遵从行为,减少外源性遵从、故意违反和报复破坏行为|个体对制度执行系统的认知不同程度调节制度遵从意愿对制度行为选择的预测作用。
In order to study how the safety management regulation of coal mining enterprises restrains the behaviors of employees, qualitative research methods were used to analyze employees’ cognitive laws and characteristics of safety management system, and a theoretical model of institutional cognition-institutional behavior was constructed for coal mining enterprises based on cognitive and behavioral theory, and the results are verified by empirical test using structural equation modeling. It was proposed that: positive cognition of the rules and background of the system forms positive emotion, which makes individuals produce high level of willingness to follow the rules, and then increases endogenous compliance behavior, reduces exogenous compliance behavior, intentional violation behavior and retaliation damage behavior, and the cognition of institutional execution system moderates the predictive effect of individuals’ willingness of rule-follow on institutional behavior choice.
