心理一致感在河南省肿瘤患者社会关系质量与感知安宁疗护质量间的作用分析

Analysis on Effect of Sense of Coherence on Social Relationship Quality and Perceived Palliative Care Quality in Tumor Patients in Henan Province

目的:探讨心理一致感在肿瘤患者社会关系质量与感知安宁疗护质量间的中介效应,为提高安宁疗护服务质量提供参考。方法:采用心理一致感量表、社会关系质量量表和简化版患者感知安宁疗护质量量表对河南省接受安宁疗护的肿瘤患者进行调查。结果:共得到392份有效问卷。肿瘤患者心理一致感、社会关系质量与感知安宁疗护质量得分间均呈正相关(P<0.01);心理一致感在社会关系质量与感知安宁疗护质量间的中介效应为0.066,占总效应的17.984%。结论:接受安宁疗护的肿瘤患者社会关系质量、心理一致感可预测其感知安宁疗护质量,其中社会关系质量既可直接影响患者感知安宁疗护质量,也可通过心理一致感产生间接的影响。医务人员应关注并评估安宁疗护患者的心理一致感水平,以便采取适当的干预措施提高肿瘤患者的社会关系质量以及提升其感知安宁疗护质量。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of sense of coherence on quality of social relationships and perceived quality of palliative care of tumor patients,so as to provide references for improving palliative care quality.Methods:The patients receiving palliative care in Henan province were investigated by the sense of coherence-13 scale,the social relationship quality scale and the short form of the questionnaire quality from the patient's perspective for palliative care.Results:A total of 392 valid questionnaires were obtained.There was a positive correlation between the scores of sense of coherence,social relationship quality and perceived quality of palliative care in tumor patients(P<0.01).The mediating effect of sense of coherence on the social relationship quality and perceived quality of palliative care was 0.066,accounting for 17.984%of the total effect.Conclusion:The social relationship quality and sense of coherence of tumor patients receiving palliative care can predict the quality of patients'perception of palliative care.The social relationship quality can directly affect the quality of patients'perception of palliative care,and also indirectly affect the quality of patients'perception of palliative care through sense of coherence.Medical staff should pay attention to the sense of coherence and evaluate the level of sense of coherence of patients in order to take appropriate intervention measures to improve the social relationship quality of tumor patients and improve the quality of patients'perception of palliative care.
