集束张力自动巡回检测系统

摘要 针对聚酯短纤维丝束在后纺加工阶段张力检测问题,设计出一套聚酯短纤维集束张力自动巡回检测系统。该系统由伺服电动机控制系统和嵌入式控制系统组成。该系统首先通过导轨和滑台的刻度尺实现横向伺服电动机的定位,然后通过全景和局部摄像头实现待检测张力丝束的定位。针对张力检测装置如何检测丝束张力问题,该系统通过丝束定位,将张力检测装置安装在横向伺服电动机中,利用伺服电动机控制系统驱动伺服电动机到达丝束张力检测点,然后完成丝束张力的采集工作。该系统可实现一套张力检测装置检测多根丝束的张力。 In order to solve the tension detection problem of polyester tow in post-spinning process,an automatic circuit detection system for polyester fiber tow tension was designed.The system was composed of servo motor control system and embedded control system.At first,the positioning of the lateral servo motor was realized via the scale of the guide rail and slide table,and then the positioning of the tension tow to be detected was realized via the panorama and local camera.To solve the problem of how to detect the tension of the tow,the tension detection device was installed in the lateral servo motor by the positioning of the tow,and the servo motor was driven to the detection point of the tension of the tow by the servo motor control system,and then the collection of the tension of the tow was completed.The device can realize measuring the tension of several tow through a set of equipment.
