基于罗森塔尔效应的心理干预对食管癌化疗患者希望水平及自我管理能力的影响

Effect of psychological intervention based on Rosenthal effect on hope level and self-management ability of esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨基于罗森塔尔效应的心理干预在食管癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2018年7月—2020年10月江苏省肿瘤医院收治的95例食管癌化疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(48例)与对照组(47例)。对照组给予常规健康教育及心理干预,试验组联合应用基于罗森塔尔效应的心理干预。比较两组患者干预前和随访6个月后的希望水平、自我管理能力。结果干预前,两组患者希望水平和自我管理能力得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月后,两组患者的希望评分和自我管理能力总分均高于同组干预前,且试验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于罗森塔尔效应的心理干预有助于增强食管癌化疗患者的希望水平,促进患者自我管理能力的养成。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on Rosenthal effect in esophageal cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods From July 2018 to October 2020,95 patients with esophageal cancer who received chemotherapy in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were selected as the research object by convenience sampling.The patients were divided into the experimental group(48 cases)and the control group(47 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine health education and psychological intervention,while the experimental group received the psychological intervention based on Rosenthal effect.The hope level and self-management ability of the two groups of patients before intervention and after six months of follow-up were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the hope level and self-management ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After six months of follow-up,the scores of hope and self-management ability of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the experimental group were higher than those the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological intervention based on Rosenthal effect can help enhance the hope level in esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and improve the patients'self-management ability.
