摘要
如何将胜任力评价与临床实践相结合是当今护理教育改革的重点话题。置信职业行为(EPAs)自提出以来,因其可兼顾基于工作场所评价和胜任力评价的特点,已逐步被应用于医学教育的多个领域。本文通过检索国内外数据库,回顾2005年以来护理教育领域EPAs相关文献,对EPAs基础研究、构建、评价和应用进行综述,旨在为我国护理教育领域开展相关研究及实践提供参考。
How to combine competency evaluation with clinical practice is the key topic of nursing education reform.Since the introduction of entrustable professional activities(EPAs),it has been gradually applied in many fields of medical education because it can take into account the characteristics of workplace evaluation and competency evaluation.This paper searches domestic and foreign databases,reviews the related literature on EPAs in nursing education since 2005,and summarizes the basic research,construction,evaluation and application of EPAs,so as to provide a reference for relevant research and practice in nursing education in China.
