农村留守妇女生命质量与情绪表达、睡眠质量的关系

Relationship between quality of life,emotional expression and sleeping quality of rural left-behind women

目的:探讨留守妇女生命质量与情绪表达、睡眠质量的关系。方法:采用SF-36生命质量、情绪表达和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表对294名留守妇女进行施测。采用方差分析,分析了生命质量与情绪表达、睡眠在不同年龄、收入、朋友数量、务工时间上的差异;使用皮尔逊积差相关分析,分析生命质量、情绪表达、睡眠的相关;使用线性回归分析分析睡眠质量对生命质量的影响。结果:①不同年龄的留守妇女在生命质量(F=6.043,P<0.01)、情绪表达(F=5.355,P<0.01)和睡眠质量(F=2.646,P<0.05)上差异有统计学意义;②丈夫外出务工时间不同在生命质量(F=5.322,P<0.01)、情绪表达(F=4.476,P<0.01)和睡眠质量(F=4.121,P<0.01)上差异有统计学意义;③不同的子女数量在睡眠质量(F=6.221,P<0.01)和生命质量(F=8.903,P<0.01)上差异有统计学意义;④知心朋友数量不同的在生命质量(F=7.325,P<0.01)、情绪表达(F=4.836,P<0.01)和睡眠质量(F=3.655,P<0.05)上差异有统计学意义;⑤睡眠质量得分和情绪表达得分、生命质量得分呈负相关(r=-0.125,-0.472;P<0.05);情绪表达和生命质量正相关(r=0.147,P<0.05);⑥年龄(50岁及以上)、丈夫外出务工时间(10年以上)、睡眠质量进入了回归方程(R^(2)=0.285)。结论:年龄、务工时间、子女数量、睡眠质量影响留守妇女的生命质量和情绪表达,情绪表达得分越高,生命质量越高。

Objective:To explore the relationship between quality of life,emotional expression and sleep quality of left-behind women.Methods:The SF-36 Quality of Life,Emotional Expression and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scales were administered to 294 left-behind women.Results:①Different age of left-behind women had significant difference in quality of life,emotional expression and quality of sleep(F=6.043,5.355,2.646;P<0.05);②There were statistically significant differences in quality of life,emotional expression and sleep quality(F=5.322,4.476,4.121;P<0.01)between husbands who went out to work;③There were statistically significant differences in sleep quality and life quality(F=6.221,8.903;P<0.01)among different numbers of children;④The number of aware friends was significantly different in quality of life,emotional expression and sleep quality(F=7.325,4.836,3.655;P<0.05);⑤The scores of sleep quality were negatively correlated with the scores of emotional expression and quality of life(r=-0.125,-0.472;P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between emotional expression and quality of life(r=0.147,P<0.05);⑥Age(50 years and above),husband’s working time(more than 10 years)and sleep quality entered the regression equation(R2=0.285).Conclusion:Age,migrant time,number of children,and sleep quality influence quality of life and emotional expression of the retained women,with higher scores indicating better quality of life.
