感恩对护理本科生生命意义感的影响:领悟社会支持与自尊的链式中介作用 被引量:13

Effects of gratitude on undergraduate nursing students’sense of meaning of life:A chain mediating model of perceived social support andself-esteem

摘要 目的:探讨领悟社会支持、自尊在感恩与护理本科生生命意义感之间的中介作用;方法:采用感恩量表(GQ-6)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自尊量表(SES)、生命意义感量表(MLQ)对991名护理本科生进行调查;结果:①相关分析表明,感恩与领悟社会支持、自尊、生命意义感呈显著正相关(r=0.60,0.38,0.59;P<0.001),领悟社会支持与自尊、生命意义感呈显著正相关(r=0.42,0.56;P<0.001),自尊与生命意义感呈显著正相关;②结构方程模型分析表明,领悟社会支持(95%CI:0.147~0.275)、自尊(95%CI:0.011~0.039)的中介效应以及两者(95%CI:0.011~0.032)的链式中介效应显著。结论:感恩除了直接影响护理本科生生命意义感之外,还通过领悟社会支持与自尊的链式中介作用间接影响护理本科生生命意义感。 Objective:To explore the mediating effect of perceived social support and self-esteem on relationship between gratitude and sense of meaning of life.Methods:A total of 991 undergraduate nursing students were tested by gratitude questionnaire,meaning in life questionnaire,perceived social support scale and self-esteem scale.Results:①The results of the correlation analysis showed that the gratitude was significantly positively correlated with the perceived social support(r=0.60,P<0.001),self-esteem(r=0.38,P<0.001)and sense of meaning of life(r=0.59,P<0.001).Perceived social support was significantly positively correlated with self-esteem(r=0.42,P<0.001)and sense of meaning of life(r=0.56,P<0.001),Self-esteem was significantly positively correlated with sense of meaning of life(r=0.38,P<0.001).②Structural equation modeling analysis showed that the mediating effects of perceived social support(95%CI:0.147~0.275),self-esteem(95%CI:0.011~0.039)and the chain mediating effects of both(95%CI:0.011~0.032)were significant.Conclusion:Gratitude can directly affect undergraduate nursing students,sense of meaning of life,and indirectly affect sense of meaning of life through perceived social support and self-esteem.
