摘要
目的:探讨中职学生的家庭教养方式、自我控制与网络游戏成瘾的关系及作用机制,为缓解其网络游戏成瘾倾向寻求干预方式。方法:采用家庭教养方式量表、自我控制量表、网络游戏成瘾量表对482名中职学生进行调查。结果:①中职学生家庭教养方式对其网络游戏成瘾(β=0.366,P<0.01)具有预测作用;②自我控制系统在父母拒绝与网络游戏成瘾关系中起中介作用[0.02,0.07];自我冲动系统在父母拒绝与网络游戏成瘾关系中起中介作用[0.03,0.10];自我冲动系统在父母情感温暖与网络游戏成瘾关系中起中介作用[-0.08,-0.03];自我冲动系统在父母过度保护与网络游戏成瘾关系中起中介作用[0.02,0.08]。结论:通过家庭教养方式及自我控制共同作用缓解中职学生网络游戏成瘾倾向,是中职学生减轻网络依赖、增强社会适应、积极健康发展的有效途径。
Objective:To explore how family rearing patterns,self-control impact secondary vocational school students’Internet gaming disorder and seek the suitable intervention way to relief secondary vocational school students’Internet gaming disorder.Methods:A total of 482 secondary vocational school students were evaluated with the s-EMBU-C,DMSC-S,Internet Gaming Disorder Scale.Results:(1)Both of family rearing patterns,self-control could predict secondary vocational school students’Internet gaming disorder(β=0.366,P<0.01).(2)Secondary vocational school students’self-control exerted partial mediating effect between their parents refuse and internet gaming disorder[0.02,0.07];secondary vocational school students’self-impulse exerted partial mediating effect between their parents refuse and internet gaming disorder[0.03,0.10];secondary vocational school students’self-impulse exerted partial mediating effect between their parents’emotional warmth and Internet gaming disorder[-0.08,-0.03];secondary vocational school students’self-impulse exerted partial mediating effect between their parental overprotection and internet gaming disorder[0.02,0.08].Conclusion:It is an effective way to reduce network dependence,enhance social adaptation,develop positively and healthy by rationalizing parents’family rearing patterns and improving secondary vocational school students’ability of self-control.
