摘要
目的:探讨自我意识对职业决策困难的影响路径。方法:采用自我意识量表、生涯适应力量表、大学毕业生职业决策自我效能感问卷和职业决策困难量表对京津冀地区高校462名大学生进行调查。结果:①相关分析结果显示自我意识、生涯适应力、职业决策自我效能感和职业决策困难两两间存在显著的正相关关系(r=0.63,0.55,0.55,0.80,0.75,0.86;P<0.01);②回归分析结果显示自我意识能显著正向预测职业决策困难(β=0.07,t=2.18,P<0.05);③中介效应分析显示生涯适应力和职业决策自我效能感在自我意识对职业决策困难的影响中起部分链式中介作用(中介效应值=0.38,BootsCI=[0.30,0.46])。结论:自我意识不仅能直接影响职业决策困难,还能通过生涯适应力影响职业决策自我效能感,进而影响职业决策困难。
Objective:To explore the path to self-consciousness impact of Career decision-making difficulties.Methods:To investigate the 462 collegestudents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,We used the Self-consciousness Scale,the Career Resilience Scale,the Career Decision-Making Questionnaire for Undergraduate Students and Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire.Results:①Self-consciousness,career resilience,career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties were significantly positively correlated(r=0.63,0.55,0.55,0.80,0.75,0.86;P<0.01);②Self-consciousness significantly positively predicted the career decision-making difficulties(β=0.07,t=2.18,P<0.05);③Career resilience and career decision-making self-efficacy played a chain-like intermediary role in the influence of self-consciousness on the career decision-making difficulties(Value of the total mediating effect=0.38,Boots CI=[0.30,0.46]).Conclusion:Self-consciousness can not only directly affect the career decision-making difficulties,but also affect the career decision-making self-efficacy through career resilience,and ideally affect the career decision-making difficulties.
