信息时代,企业的数字化转型进程加快,数据逐渐成为企业经营活动中的重要资源,对企业发展起着至关重要的作用。企业面对庞大的数据流,如果使用大数据技术加以分析处理,则可发挥数字资源蕴藏的巨大价值。本文参考国内外相关文献,探究大数据技术的方法和应用领域,介绍了大数据技术在企业发展中的具体应用,突出了企业发展大数据技术的重要意义。最后,文章从企业的战略决策、财务管理、市场营销、人力资源管理四个角度,为企业进行高质量发展提供了切实可行的建议。

In the information age,the digital transformation process of enterprises is accelerating,and data has gradually become an important resource in the business activities of enterprises,which plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.Facing the huge data flow of enterprises,if big data technology is used to analyze and deal with it,the huge value of digital resources can be reflected.This paper refers to relevant literature in China and abroad,explores the methods and application fields of big data technology,introduces the specific application of big data technology in enterprise development,and highlights the important significance of enterprise development of big data technology.Finally,from four aspects of the strategic decision-making,financial management,marketing,human resources management,it provides practical and feasible suggestions for enterprise high-quality development.
